As sound, belive it or not, is actually as important as picture quality we just added some new great gear in our ENG/EFP kits.
Rode NTG-3 is a real bargain at half the price of our Sennheiser 416. It sounds imo just as good at approx half the price. We also added 2 Sennheiser G3 wireless ENG systems with DPA 4071 microphones. Great sound and built in mechanical HP filter in the lavaliers that really improves micpre-headroom. Perfect for a Canon 7D production kit;-)
